Lavender Almond Balls Recipe

This recipe for lavender almond balls can be made in large batches and stored in the fridge for quick snacks between meals or served as a healthy dessert.  

You will need the following ingredients:

1/3 cup oat flour

1 tsp lavender

1/3 cup almond butter

2 tbsp honey

Salt to taste

Using a mortar and pestle, grind the lavender flowers into a powder. In a large bowl, add all ingredients and mix until fully combined. Next, take a 1-inch chunk of dough from your bowl, and roll into a ball. Place the ball on a baking sheet or other flat surface. Repeat with the remaining dough. Store in the fridge and enjoy!
