Reishi Mushroom and Manuka Honey Chocolate Recipe

Manuka Honey and Reishi Chocolates are an immune boosting powerhouse dessert. These delicious treats can be made in large batches and kept in the fridge or freezer.

You will need the following ingredients:

1 cup finely chopped cocoa butter

3 tbsp manuka honey

½ cup unsweetened Dutch cocoa powder

1 ½ tbsp reishi mushroom powder

Salt to taste

Silicone or compostable cupcake molds

Using a bain-marie or double boiler, heat the cocoa butter slowly over low heat until it has fully melted. Slowly stir in the honey and remove from heat. Next, whisk in all other ingredients until there are no clumps and the ingredients are evenly combined. Pour a small amount of the chocolate mixture into the cupcake mold, repeating with each mold until you have multiple rounds of liquid chocolate. Set aside or in the fridge and allow to cool for up to 24 hours, or until chocolate has hardened.
