Ingredients:
2 tbsp blue lotus petals
1 tbsp lavender flowers
½ tsp salt
1 tsp honey
1/2 tsp salt
½ lb unsalted butter, softened
Instructions:
With a coffee or spice grinder, grind the lavender and lotus into powder.
Put all ingredients, including the powdered lavender and lotus flowers, into a medium sized bowl.
Whisk everything together until evenly combined.
Scoop butter mixture into a sheet of parchment paper and roll into a 1 inch thick log. Seal the ends with twine or tape.
Place your log of butter in the fridge until it has hardened.
Once your butter has hardened, slice medallions off of it to use as needed. Store in a sealed container, either in the fridge, or frozen to extend shelf life.
