Smoked Salmon and Holy Basil Pasta Recipe
Smoked Salmon and Tulsi Pasta
This smoked salmon and holy basil pasta recipe is both nourishing and delicious. Holy basil provides a unique flavor and improves your body’s ability to deal with stress. Perfect for a quick weeknight dinner at home, you can make this dish in about 30 minutes.
Ingredients:
1 extra small red onion
350g fresh pasta
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp holy basil
1 tbsp olive oil
1/3 cup smoked salmon
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Slice red onion into thin ribbons, ¼ cm or slightly thinner.
Combine onions and butter in a small pan, and sauté on low heat until onions are cooked. Remove onions from heat and set aside for later.
Prepare your pasta according to package directions.
Once your pasta is cooked, place it in the pot with the onions. Stir in all remaining ingredients and serve.
