Lavender and Brazil Nut Mylk Recipe

Lavender and brazil nut mylk. Perfect for making lavender lattes or pouring over granola. The high fat content of the brazil nuts helps to make this mylk especially rich and creamy. Soaking the brazil nuts is optional but highly recommended, as it will make the texture of your mylk much smoother.

You will need the following items:

Water

11 Brazil nuts

3/4 tsp dried lavender

Salt and coconut nectar to taste

Cheesecloth or nut mylk bag

Blender

In a small jar, add the brazil nuts and 1 cup of water. Allow to sit overnight. Once the brazil nuts have soaked, discard their liquid. Add brazil nuts, lavender, coconut nectar, and salt into your blender. Blend until creamy, and then strain using cheesecloth or a nut mylk bag.
