What are your shipping options?
We want to be the best herb store near you - wherever you are! We welcome herb buyers and customers from both Canada and the USA, and offer multiple shipping options to help meet your needs.
For all orders being sent within Canada, we provide free untracked shipping (regardless of how much you buy from us). We also offer a tracked shipping option within Canada for a flat rate of $9.99.
For those located in the USA who wish to buy from us, we offer a flat rate tracked shipping option for $14.99.

How long does processing and shipping take?
When you buy herbs from us, we want to make sure that you receive them quickly. We strive to ship all orders within 1-2 business days of receipt; occasionally, we may be a little behind due to holiday or order rush. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. In general, once your order is shipped it will spend 5-14 business days in transit before it arrives.
Where are your products shipped from?
All of our products are shipped from Vancouver, Canada. Before purchasing, check for restrictions on herbs within your country. Laws vary by country and state, and we are not responsible for seized items.
Can I pick up my order?
Unfortunately, we not able to offer in-person pickup at this time. If you are located in Vancouver, we kindly ask that you allow us to ship your order via Canada Post. We are happy to provide free shipping as an alternative to picking-up your order.
Why didn’t I receive an email confirming shipment?
Unfortunately, some email services mark our messages as junk/spam. We will send you an order confirmation email as soon as you place an online order with us. When your order has left our facility in Vancouver and is en route to you, we send another confirmation email letting you know that your herbs have been shipped. If you didn’t receive an email confirmation, or sent us an email and did not see a response, please check your junk folders and adjust your email settings to ensure that we are on your safe senders list.
I have special delivery instructions (ie. back door, side door, etc). Where do I write my instructions?
If you have special delivery instructions, please write them in the second line of your shipping address when placing your order. We will do our best to include all instructions given when creating your shipping label.
