Nootropic Kale Chips Recipe

These nootropic kale chips are the perfect healthy snack for school or work. The rosemary and lion’s mane provide a rich and satisfying savory taste, and the chips are deceptively easy to make. Please note that you may need to adjust the seasoning based on the amount of kale which you are using.

You will need the following ingredients:

1 extra-large head of kale (stems removed; leaves chopped into 2-inch pieces)

2 tbsp dried rosemary

1 ½ tbsp nutritional yeast

2 tbsp lion’s mane powder (or any other mushroom)

1 tbsp garlic powder

4 tbsp olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat the oven to 200F. With a mortar and pestle, grind the dried rosemary into a powder. Toss all ingredients in a bowl and mix until the kale has become evenly coated with seasoning. Spread evenly in a single layer over 1 or 2 baking sheets. Place in oven and bake for 1 ½ to 2 hours, until chips are dehydrated. While the chips are baking, keep the oven door propped open by approximately 2 inches. Enjoy!
