Infused with floral and slightly earthy flavors, these gummies are a unique treat that's both tasty and nourishing. They’re quick and easy to make, with a satisfying chewy texture. We made this recipe even better by using honey instead of sugar. Perfect for a midday pick-me-up or a whimsical addition to your herbal routine!

Recipe Instructions

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon dried damiana
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried green tea
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried mugwort
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons gelatin
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Gummy bear mold

Instructions:

  1. In a medium saucepan over low heat, add water, damiana, mugwort, and green tea.
  2. Heat until just below simmering, and then turn off element.
  3. Allow herbs to infuse for 10-15 minutes, and then strain. You should have approximately half a cup of infused liquid.
  4. Add your liquid back into the saucepan and over low heat stir in gelatin, honey, and salt.
  5. Once it is evenly combined, pour your liquid into the gummy bear molds and allow to set for several hours, or as long as overnight.
  6. Remove from molds and enjoy!
