Organic Burdock Root (Articum lappa) – Anti-inflammatory, detoxifying

Organic Chickweed (Stellaria media) – Anti-inflammatory, cooling, helps to relieve itching

Organic Elderflower (Sambucus nigra) – Reduces allergic symptoms including coughing and excess mucus, helps to thin mucus

Organic Goldenrod (Solidago virgaurea) – Immune system balancing, anti-inflammatory, provides relief from upper respiratory symptoms

Organic Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis) – Antihistamine

Organic Lobelia (Lobelia inflata) – Helps to open airways and relax respiratory muscles

Organic Nettle Leaf (Urtica dioica) – Anti-inflammatory, detoxifying, antihistamine, reduces allergic symptoms, high in vitamins and minerals

How to Use

Steep 1-2 teaspoons in 1 cup of water for 15-20 minutes. Drink 1-4 cups daily, or as needed.
