Deep Sleep Tea (Organic)

Ingredients

Organic Black Cohosh (Cimicifuga racemosa) – Helps to reduce tension

Organic Ginger (Zingiber officinale) – Warming, enhances actions of other ingredients

Organic Hops (Humulus lupulus) – Calming, especially helpful for sleeplessness related to anxiety and worry

Organic Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata) – Relaxing effect on central nervous system

Organic Skullcap (Scutellaria lateriflora) – Calming, restorative effect on the nervous system when taken long term

Organic Valerian Root (Valeriana officinalis) – Calming effect on nerves and muscles

Organic Vervain (Verbena officinalis) – Gently relaxing, helps to tone and strengthen the nervous system

Organic Wild Lettuce (Lactuca virosa) – Calming, especially for insomnia and restlessness

How to Use

To brew a cup of tea, steep 1-2 tsp in 1 cup of hot water for 15-30 minutes.

It is best to start with a ½ cup of tea before bed and increase the amount taken if needed. Overconsumption of this tea can produce a mild tiredness upon waking, however this can be avoided by decreasing the amount taken per night. 

This tea may also be taken in a smaller quantity during the day to help relive anxiety, however, we suggest using our Relaxing Tea instead, as the Deep Sleep blend may be excessively calming.
