Lung Revitalizing Tea helps to open and heal airways, draw mucus out of the lungs, and soothe irritation. It is ideal for colds, bronchitis, and some asthmatic conditions. 

Ingredients

Organic Angelica Root (Angelica archangelica) – Draws mucus from lungs, especially useful for bronchitis

Organic Anise Seed (Pimpinella anisum) – Helps to remove mucus from the lungs and calm coughing spasms

Organic Calendula (Calendula officinalis) – Anti-inflammatory, antibacterial

Organic True Cinnamon (Cinnamomum zeylanicum) – Soothes bronchial spasms, antibacterial, warming

Organic Elecampane (Inula helenium) – Anti-inflammatory, warming expectorant that is especially useful for chronic lung conditions

Organic Ginger (Zingiber officinale) – Warming, anti-inflammatory

Organic Hyssop (Hyssopus officinalis) – Helps to pull mucus, especially useful for lung infections and asthmatic coughing

Organic Marshmallow Root (Althaea officinalis) – Soothing and a mild expectorant, provides protective mucilage

Organic Mullein Leaf (Verbascum thapsus) – Soothing expectorant, especially indicated for coughs that are dry and hoarse and for productive coughs with thick mucus

Wildcrafted Pleurisy Root (Asclepias tuberosa) – Historically used to ease breathing and related pain, powerful expectorant

How to Use

Steep 1-2 tsp of herbs in 1 cup of hot water. Take 1-4 times daily.
