Ingredients

Organic Anise Seed (Pimpinella anisum) – Carminative, reduces gas and bloating

Organic Chamomile (Matricaria recutita) – Anti-inflammatory, carminative, calms the stomach

Organic Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare) – Carminative, anti-inflammatory effect on the intestines, relaxes gastrointestinal tract 

Organic Meadowsweet (Filipendula ulmaria) – Regulates gastric acid levels, soothes gastrointestinal membranes, carminative, anti-inflammatory

Organic Peppermint (Mentha piperita) – Powerful carminative, relaxes muscles of the gastrointestinal tract 

Organic Spearmint (Mentha spicata) - Carminative, antispasmodic

How to Use

Steep 1-2 teaspoons of tea in 1 cup of water for 15-20 minutes. Drink 1-4 cups daily, or as needed.
