Relaxing Tea (Organic)

Our Relaxing Tea is an aromatic and calming tea blend. It is especially suited for those who find our Deep Sleep Tea to be too powerful, are very sensitive, or would like to share tea with their children. Relaxing Tea can be taken during the day to help relieve anxiety or at night as a sleep aid. For those who need a stronger sleep aid, our Deep Sleep Tea is suggested.

Ingredients

Organic Cardamom (Elettaria cardamomum) - Gently warming

Organic Catnip (Nepeta cataria) - Helps to relieve restlessness

Organic Chamomile (Matricaria recutita) - Calms nervous system, antispasmodic

Organic Hops (Humulus lupulus) - Relaxing, especially indicated for nervousness and anxiety

Organic Lavender (Lavandula officinalis) - Nervous system and muscle relaxant

Organic Skullcap (Scutellaria lateriflora) - Calms and strengthens the nervous system

How to Use

Steep 1-2 teaspoons of herbs in 1 cup of hot water for 15-30 minutes. Drink when you would like to feel an increased sense of calm.
